Welcome to Prepare U, Therapy Live's social emotional mental health curriculum. Through this intentionally designed experiential program we are building resilience and fostering growth for the next generation unlike anything that has ever been done before.
Our program, our team, and our network of experts are continuously enhancing access to greater support, resources, and education for all members within our communities. Through Therapy Live we are able to offer your students, educators, and family much more than just a powerful game-changing curriculum, we are able to cultivate a web of support to nurture emotional wellness on a global scale.

The Prepare U Team
Therapy.Live's Prepare U initiative is spearheaded by a dynamic team of passionate individuals dedicated to moving the needle in mental health. Our team is comprised of 3 mental health professionals with decades of combined clinical and research experience that includes: working with adolescents, performing crisis interventions, and developing novel experiential curricula. The team also includes a 5-person video production group, and 2 experienced software engineers. Support for Prepare U has also involved consultations beyond our team that have included experts in media, technology, and psychology from across North America. Conceived and developed in partnership with a local high school, we are assisting front line staff working with late adolescents and early adults in delivering the latest education and resources to the young of today.
